Alexandra Rule joined the CBRE Team in 2017 as the Transaction Manager for the State of Tennessee’s Occupier contract. She compiled area market studies, financial analyses and negotiated lease transactions for the State’s various governmental agencies in Middle and West Tennessee. She has also assisted in projects relating to the State’s lease portfolio analysis to locate potential cost savings opportunities to the State.
In addition to the Tennessee contract, Mrs. Rule has assisted on other State projects and worked with other public sector clients. For State of Maryland, she assisted in abstracting the State leases into a proprietary data base. For South Carolina, she led a consulting project requesting market research data on building ownership mix (local or out-of-state) within South Carolina major markets and the market climate in the wake of COVID-19. For Postal Realty Trust, she has assisted in the acquisitions of various USPS offices across the country.
Mrs. Rule has also worked for the State of Tennessee’s Real Estate and Asset Management department as a Leasing Coordinator. There she managed the State’s contracted brokerage firm’s lease pipeline, maintained the State’s database of leased property, and piloted the planning and implementation of digital processes within the department. She worked on State agency outreach to provide better customer service to the individual agencies.
