Team Overview
Specializing in office services in the Los Angeles market
Our team provides intelligence, advice and targeted strategies that are as diverse as the clients we represent. We offer strategic consulting and transaction management services that enable our clients – owners, occupiers, investors and developers of commercial and office properties – to make informed decisions that serve their overall business objectives.
We have assisted clients at every stage of their real estate operations. Some of our clients need a partner on a straightforward lease negotiation. Others are reevaluating the concept of work entirely, looking for a creative new space or a better approach to efficiency and sustainability. We’ve served large, traditional clients, dynamic start-ups and everyone in between. These relationships allow us to approach each assignment with a nuanced grasp of where the market has been and where it’s going.
Our commitment to our clients, our diverse backgrounds and skill sets, and our shared passion for the business have earned us long-term relationships with leaders in the development and investment communities as well as tenants in the entertainment, technology, financial, professional services, healthcare, legal and non-profit industries. And our fully integrated approach has enabled us to successfully close over $6 billion in real estate transactions.
We’re creative thinkers with pragmatic methods, offering long-term solutions that benefit the bottom line.
