Drew Pion is a First Vice President at CBRE, specializing in high-stakes Leasing services within the West Los Angeles market. Since joining The Pion Team in 2018, Drew has leveraged nearly a decade of experience to navigate complex real estate requirements for a diverse range of occupiers, landlords, and investors.

Drawing on the collective 90+ years of institutional knowledge within his team, Drew provides a multifaceted approach to the asset life cycle. His expertise spans:

  • Tenant Representation: Executing large-scale lease negotiations and identifying unique on- and off-market opportunities for high-growth and established firms.
  • Agency Leasing: Spearheading creative marketing strategies and tech-forward outreach to drive occupancy for significant landlord assignments.
  • Strategic Sales & Development: Advising on investment sales, owner-user transactions, and long-term property development strategy.


Throughout his eight-year tenure, Drew has built a reputation for bridging traditional real estate fundamentals with modern, data-driven market insights. He remains a dedicated partner to his clients, ensuring every transaction aligns with their broader business objectives and delivery timelines.

Drew is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he majored in Sociology with an emphasis in Critical Social Theory and a minor in Sports Management. A former Division-1 Men’s Volleyball athlete and three-time All-Conference Academic Team honoree, he brings the same competitive discipline and collaborative mindset to every client engagement.
