Billy is a Senior Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets group, which provides advice, analysis and execution of alternative capital solutions to optimize corporately-owned and occupied real estate portfolios. Based in Chicago, Mr. Becker is responsible for applying comprehensive financial analyses and underwriting all property types nationwide to provide decision support. Billy works on a variety of transaction and capitalization structures, including sale leasebacks, net lease sales, credit tenant leases, build-to-suits, acquisitions and financing. Mr. Becker is also responsible for pitch creation and assisting in the offering memorandum process.

Billy graduated from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Billy is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Illinois.
