Focusing on consistently delivering best-in-class real estate services to his clients, during his +30-year career Bob has created the marketing strategy for many of the largest speculative industrial developments in the East Bay and completed more than 2,500 sale and lease transactions valued at over $2.2 billion. In 2018-2019 alone, Bob was involved in negotiations valued at over $1 billion on behalf of the owners & occupiers that he advises.
Mr. Ferraro serves as a marketing strategist, technical advisor and negotiator to well-respected clients such as Prologis, Overton Moore, Trammell Crow, Principal, Black Creek, Nuveen, Invesco & Duke Realty. Among the diverse array of transactions that Bob has been involved in, Mr. Ferraro has been the lead on some of the most significant deals in the East Bay industrial market including over 1.4 million SF in Livermore to Tesla and Draxel Maier on behalf of Trammel Crow, over 900,000 square feet of leases to Amazon in new developments in Hayward & San Leandro, a 330,000 square foot lease for Torani at the Marina Gateway in San Leandro on behalf of Overton Moore, 199,000 square feet to Google in a adaptive reuse project at Alameda Point, and 121,000 square feet at San Leandro Business Center owned by Principal.

Mr. Ferraro is a volunteer for the Dorothy Day House Berkeley organization, Bob and his wife, Janette, reside in Alamo with their three daughters.
