Kenneth Morris started his career with CBRE in September of 1999 in the Walnut Creek office of Northern California as a retail broker. Mr. Morris moved to the Oakland office in September 2000, launching his industrial real estate career and working with the Jones/Furay Industrial Team. In 2002, Mr. Morris earned Regional Rookie of the Year.
Mr. Morris specializes in working with owners and developers of industrial properties. He has completed over 500 lease/sale transactions and is well on the path to becoming a top producer in the Bay Area. Mr. Morris is an expert in the industrial market in Richmond, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, San Leandro, Hayward and Union City.
Kenneth Morris in his free him enjoys golf, football and skiing with his two boys. Kenneth lives in Danville, CA.
