The Team has excelled in representing commercial real estate clients for both the owner/landlords and buyer/tenants. They have unparalleled optics and knowledge of the local and global marketplace and have proven their ability to create solutions that effectively and efficiently achieves maximum value for their clients. They have completed over 2,000 transactions consisting of both sales and leasing the greater Oakland Industrial Corridor totaling over 8 million square feet since 2014. Our team has led the charge in new speculative development leasing projects whereby the majority has pre-leased before construction completed. From 2017-Present we have completed 24 transactions over 100,000 sq. ft.
