Michael Barry specializes in leasing and sales of commercial properties with heavy emphasis on industrial and flex/office space in the greater Oakland/San Leandro area, along with his partner, Robert Ferraro, who specializes in Hayward through Union City with the team covering the entire I-880 corridor.
Michael has excelled in representing commercial real estate clients for both the owner/landlords and buyer/tenants primarily in the Oakland and San Leandro markets. Throughout Michael’s 30 years of industrial and flex/office experience, he has completed over 800 transactions consisting of both sales and leasing the greater Oakland/San Leandro area totaling over 10 million square feet. The Barry/Ferraro Team has recorded the largest East Bay industrial transactions in 2012 & 2013 for Restoration Hardware and NorCal Moving & Storage.
