Tony Russo is a Executive Vice President with CBRE specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial and data center properties throughout the Washington D.C. Metro Market. Additionally, Mr. Russo focuses on land sales and build-to-suit transactions within the region. Mr. Russo utilizes his comprehensive market knowledge and expertise throughout the Washington D.C. Metro to successfully represent both landlord and tenants in the market.

Since joining CBRE and beginning his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Russo has helped build the CBRE D.C. Metro Industrial Team to be one of the most prominent industrial leasing and sales teams in the Mid-Atlantic. Currently, the team represents over 10 million square feet of commercial properties. Tony continually strives to surround himself with the best people in the industry and it is reflected within his client list of top institutional companies.
