Brian Conroy is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services group, specializing in end user representation. Brian focuses on both managing national real estate portfolios and advising and executing transactions in the Cleveland market.
With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he brings a wealth of experience and creativity to every assignment. His strategic consulting approach to real estate service delivery is customized to each client, whether locally or nationally based, to align real estate activities with corporate business goals for requirements of any size or degree of complexity. Brian has key experience in acquisitions and headquarters, qualifying him to consult on major corporate events such as mergers and acquisitions, and the portfolio rationalization that follows.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2020, Brian served as Senior Vice President at JLL. With a development and brokerage representation background, Brian’s experience serves to further inform and leverage the negotiation process he applies in the course of end-user representation. - While representing a Multi‑national Corporation in the acquisition of its new headquarters in Singapore, Mr. Conroy guided the company through a complex cross‑border office transaction. His strategic advisory approach ensured the client secured a premier location that supports long‑term global growth and operational efficiency.
- Mr. Conroy advised an undisclosed industrial company in securing a 215,000 SF distribution center in South Carolina to strengthen its eastern U.S. supply chain operations. His decisive expertise enabled the tenant to acquire a facility that elevates logistical performance and positions the organization for sustained regional expansion.
