Brian Conroy

Brian Conroy is a First Vice President in CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services group, specializing in end user representation. Brian focusses on both managing national real estate portfolios and advising and executing office transactions in the Cleveland market.

With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he brings a wealth of experience and creativity to every assignment. His strategic consulting approach to real estate service delivery is customized to each client, whether locally or nationally based, to align real estate activities with corporate business goals for requirements of any size or degree of complexity. Brian has key experience in acquisitions and headquarters, qualifying him to consult on major corporate events such as mergers and acquisitions, and the portfolio rationalization that follows.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2020, Brian served as Senior Vice President at JLL. With a development and brokerage representation background, Brian’s experience serves to further inform and leverage the negotiation process he applies in the course of end-user representation. Brian’s ultimate goal is to align client business concerns with real estate strategies, creating competitive advantage. Some of Mr. Conroy’s key deals include:

• TMW Systems: Brian has a decade-long relationship with TMW systems. During this time he directed and executed in excess of $30M in projects on behalf of the company. He has helped secure a new headquarters in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and has driven projects from Vancouver to Princeton, New Jersey.
• Ashland: Mr. Conroy leads a strategic relationship with Ashland, a global chemical company, by working closely with the global management team to execute data-driven business strengthening transactions to support their international platform in a seamless and timeless manner.
• The Cleveland Cavaliers: Mr. Conroy directed the land acquisition and land development of the Cleveland Clinic Courts a world class NBA facility in 2007. Brian has worked on multiple projects through his relationship with affiliated enterprises.
