Hannah Weaver joined CBRE in February 2025 as a Client Services Coordinator responsible for Marketing and Communications for office and industrial professionals. Hannah has a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Marketing. In her role, Hannah conducts market research, implements corporate branded marketing materials and assists with day-today business development strategies for both office and industrial brokerage sales professionals, helping represent landlord and occupier clients in and around the Cleveland area.

Prior to her role at CBRE, Hannah worked as a Marketing Coordinator for businesses in the Technology and Consulting sectors. She was also the Marketing Operations Specialist at Berkeley Capital, a private equity firm that specialized in bringing international investors to commercial real estate assets. She has experience forming strategies for marketing campaigns, putting together KYC packages for investors, and coordinating closely with senior leaders to develop and execute cross-functional strategies, achieving streamlined operations and enhanced brand visibility. She also led the research and implementation of a CRM system for the team, futher increasing business development.
