Scott Pick is a Senior Vice President in CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services, specializing in occupiers of commercial space. Over the years Scott has been a trustworthy advisor to many of Northeast Ohio’s prominent companies both with their local office needs and national expansion strategies.

With over 25 years of experience, he brings a brings depth of expertise and creative approach to every client. Scott and his business partner, Brian Conroy, are experts in strategic and complex occupier transactions.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2020, Scott served as Managing Director at JLL for 10 years. At JLL he was responsible for running the Northeast and Northwest Ohio Operations. Under his leadership revenues grew over 200%. Prior to that, Scott and long time business partner, Brian Conroy, opened and managed the Cleveland office for Equis Corporation from 2004-2010. For the last 20 years, The Pick-Conroy Team have exclusively represented end users and prides themselves on a strategic approach and process allowing their clients to make wise and informed real estate decisions. Some key deals include:

  • Oswald Companies: Scott has led a decade-long relationship with Oswald Companies. The Pick-Conroy team has partnered with Oswald on greater than $20M in projects including the Cleveland HQ.
  • Omnova: Scott led a transaction team assisting Omnova with their Headquarters site selection process nationally. Ultimately, the company decided to build a state-of-the-art Headquarters in Beachwood, OH for 70,000 SF and keep the R&D facility of 250,000 SF in Akron, OH.
