Gabrielle (Brie) Bley is a trusted advisor in CBRE Nashville’s Advisory & Transaction Services Group, where she partners with businesses and investors to identify exceptional spaces, execute strategic transactions, and make confident real estate decisions. Known for her client-first approach and attention to detail, Brie delivers thoughtful, high-touch service while helping clients align their real estate strategy with broader business objectives.
Brie has a diverse background in finance and strategy, allowing her to approach real estate through a comprehensive business lens. She earned an accounting and marketing degree from Trinity University, and upon graduating, joined J.P. Morgan's Private Banking analyst program. She spent several years working alongside sophisticated family offices, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals. She later was promoted to work directly with the CEO of the U.S. Private Bank in New York City where she focused on broader firm-wide strategic initiatives. Brie has held many roles within large organizations where she was responsible for business development initiatives, ROI analysis, and deal execution. This foundation enables Brie to guide clients through complex transactions with clarity, efficiency, and confidence. She has represented a broad portfolio of clients, including several Fortune 100 companies across financial services, healthcare, and technology. Her strategic market expertise has solidified her as a go-to resource for some of the world’s most influential organizations.
Deeply connected to the Nashville community, Brie serves on several local boards, actively volunteers with the Junior League of Nashville, and serves locally at Church of the City. Outside of work, she and her husband are proud parents of two young children and enjoy traveling, sports, and spending time outdoors.
