Gabrielle (Brie) Bley works within the Advisory & Transaction Services Group for CBRE Nashville as a Senior Associate. Brie’s tenacity and “client-first” mentality allows her to deliver exceptional results for her clients. Brie’s background in finance, strategy, and consulting enables her to effectively see the big picture and guide clients through their decision-making process. She works alongside Harrison Johnson and Noble Judy where collectively as a team, they offer 50 years of experience and lead the Nashville market in occupier needs.
Prior to joining CBRE, Brie was in the healthcare sector, where she drove business development efforts, including identifying viable opportunities, quantifying ROI, and executing deals. Previously, she worked within J.P. Morgan’s Wealth Management division in New York City, where she advised high-net-worth clients across the U.S. and later served as Chief of Staff for the CEO of the U.S. Private Bank.
Mrs. Bley sits on the Board Directors for Renewal House, a nonprofit in Middle Tennessee, where she serves as Secretary of the Board. She is a Committee Chair for the Nashville Junior League, an active member of Leadership Healthcare, and a Young Leaders Council alumna. She and her husband live in Nashville with their son and two dogs and enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and exploring Nashville’s vast epicurean scene.
