Jennifer Annello joined CBRE in Fall of 2023 as Vice President of National Retail Advisory. This role includes national tenant representation, landlord representation, and commercial real estate advisory services.
Jen’s multi-faceted career of more than 20 years encompasses brokerage and in-house retail representation, as well as commercial real estate development for both corporate and franchised brands in the US, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, and Central America. Her specialty is executing high volume market expansions for big box, mid-size box, and QSR retailers.
Before joining CBRE, Jen served as Director of Real Estate Development for Planet Fitness. She handled US development as well as international expansion into Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Central America. Prior to that, she oversaw market strategy, site selection, contract negotiations and development as part of the corporate real estate team for Pet Supermarket, Panda Restaurant Group and Starbucks, as well as CRE development for Guggenheim Retail Real Estate Partners. Jen also provided brokerage services with Baum Realty Group in Chicago, where she and her team executed the largest single-tenant expansion, securing 180 locations in 3 years. As a determined and trusted real estate professional, Jen continues to maintain her relationships with strategic partners nationwide.
