Born and raised in Bristol, TN, Lexi Johnson is a third-generation real estate professional with a passion for providing value for her clients.
Lexi graduated from Virginia Tech in December 2019 where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations with a minor in Real Estate.
Prior to joining CBRE, Lexi worked for Jushi Holdings Inc. as the Commercial Operations Manager for Beyond Hello Medical Cannabis Dispensaries in the state of Virginia. In her role she was a key player in expanding the company’s footprint across Virginia, primarily focusing on partner relations and retail operations.
Lexi joined CBRE in the summer of 2023 to pursue a career in Retail Brokerage. She is currently working under Paul Gaither’s team as an associate broker specializing in retail investment sales and leasing.
