Paul Gaither leads CBRE's Nashville Retail Advisors, a fully integrated team of investment sale and leasing specialists who offer solutions for any size or type of retail transaction.
Paul specializes in retail investment sales throughout the Southeast. During his 26+ years at CBRE he has coordinated the sale of neighborhood, community and power centers, enclosed malls, single tenant net leased investments, and retail land totaling approximately $2.0 Billion in value and over 17 million square feet.
Based in Nashville, Paul has facilitated many notable transactions including the sale of several of the largest open-air centers in Tennessee such as The Avenue of Murfreesboro ($163 million), the Pinnacle at Turkey Creek ($131 million) and Providence Marketplace ($115 million).
Paul has successfully represented a full spectrum of clients, from private developers and investors, to publicly traded REIT’s and institutions. Paul utilizes in-depth market knowledge, vast transactional experience, and real-time capital market insight to provide his clients valuable perspective and optimal results.
Prior to joining CBRE, Paul practiced architecture, where he participated in the design and project management of numerous retail and hospitality projects throughout the Southeast.
