Chad Hillyer joined CBRE as an Executive Vice President in 2022. Chad specializes in landlord representation in Northern New Jersey. He is responsible for providing logistics and supply chain solutions for many of the larger tenants in the Northeast Region.
Mr. Hiller has over ten years of industrial real estate experience. Prior to joining CBRE, he was Senior Managing Director at JLL where he was continuously recognized as a top performer. Over his career he was completed over 25 million square feet of sales and lease transactions.
