Kevin joined CBRE in 2010 and in 2024 was promoted to Vice Chairman, becoming the youngest professional ever in CBRE's Industrial & Logistics practice and the first Black professional at CBRE to reach this title. Leading a team of 9, Kevin was CBRE's #1 overall producer in NJ in 2025 and the #2 Industrial producer nationally, continuing a track record of consistently ranking among the top 3 Industrial producers in the country. He has been a member of CBRE's Colbert Coldwell Circle, reserved for the top 3% of producers firmwide since 2021, and his team's transactions have totaled more than $8.4 billion since 2020.
Kevin holds a pivotal role in crafting strategic plans for the team's corporate clients, helping them evaluate opportunities and unlock value throughout the real estate process. His recognitions include multiple NAIOP Industrial Deal of the Year awards, NJBIZ 40 Under 40, GlobeSt. Influencers in Real Estate, GlobeSt. Aspiring Leaders, and multiple CoStar Power Broker awards.
Kevin graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing and was recognized as an honors graduate. Kevin currently resides in Ridgewood with his wife and five children and enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball and cooking. Kevin is also the captain of CBRE's basketball team.
