Kevin joined CBRE in 2010 and was promoted in 2024 to Vice Chairman, becoming the youngest professional ever in CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics practice as well as the first Black professional at CBRE to achieve this title. Kevin and his team have become one of the “go-to” industrial real estate advisors, and consistent leaders with a reputation for their hard-working persona. Kevin holds a pivotal role in crafting strategic plans for the team’s corporate clients, creating customized strategies, and ensuring successful outcomes. Since 2020, Kevin’s team has been one of the top industrial teams in the country where their transactions are valued at more than $6.3 billion.
Kevin graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing. As an honors graduate from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Kevin brings his strong analytical skills, creativity, and enthusiasm to his work. Kevin currently resides in Ridgewood with his wife and five children and enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball and cooking. Kevin is also the captain of CBRE’s basketball team.
