Garret Kurtz joined CBRE in 2024 as an Associate within Advisory & Transaction Services. He supports a team led by Executive Vice Presidents Greg Barkan and Remy deVarenne, managing multi-market transactions across various disciplines. Garret assists the team on both tenant and ownership relations throughout New Jersey in addition to supporting clients with their national portfolios.
Garret leverages his analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of real estate markets to develop effective solutions for clients and excel in business development.
Before joining CBRE, Garret graduated from Penn State University where he received his Master’s in Real Estate Analysis and Development. He is also certified in the use of Argus Enterprise software.
