Jennifer Ferrara is an accomplished professional with nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in industrial and logistics. As a Sales Support Team Lead, she drives strategic initiatives and operational excellence for one of New Jersey’s leading industrial teams at CBRE. Jennifer leverages her deep expertise in financial analysis, transaction management, client relationship cultivation, and strong ability to understand complex lease language to support complex transactions and deliver exceptional results for landlords and occupiers across a global portfolio. Her contributions have directly impacted significant revenue generation and market share growth, positioning clients for optimal outcomes in dynamic real estate environments.
Jennifer plays an integral role in her team’s day-to-day operations, consistently performing at a high level in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments. She communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, proactively resolves challenges, meets deadlines, and ensures projects are completed efficiently. Her responsibilities include supporting the planning and execution of new business presentations, proposals, financial analyses, abstracts, and closing packages, as well as coordinating property tours. She also contributes to brokers’ opinions of value, prepares lease abstracts, interprets legal language, conducts AI-based fact-checking, and assists with contract management.
In 2025, Jennifer’s contributions helped drive the completion of just under 100 transactions totaling over 90M SF and with a transaction value of over $10B.
Prior to her role as a Sales Support Team Lead, Jennifer started her career with CBRE in 2005 and later managed New Jersey’s Accounting Department for five years. During this time, she implemented processes to ensure compliance with reporting standards, transitioned to a paperless transaction system, and reviewed and certified the accuracy of financial reports and pipelines.
Jennifer is an active member within the CBRE community. She plays an integral part of CBRE’s Global Ports and Integrated Logistics Practice by coordinating projects and planning events and other activities to support the group.
