Jennifer Ferrara is a Client Services Team Lead with one of New Jersey's leading industrial teams led by William Waxman and Mindy Lissner. The eight-person team specializes in landlord and occupier representation, multi-market strategies, build-to-suit opportunities, land development, acquisition and disposition, warehouse and distribution, and manufacturing, food, and port related facilities throughout New Jersey, the United States and Worldwide. Jennifer brings with her a background in transportation and logistics, and bridges various CBRE platforms with her accounting and finance, transaction management, marketing and event planning capabilities.
Jennifer is an integral part of day-to-day operations for her team and is dedicated to its success by performing at a high level in a time-sensitive, high-pressure environment. She provides superior communication to internal and external clients, solves for unforeseen issues, meets deadlines consistently, and works diligently to see projects and events through to completion. Jennifer's responsibilities range from planning and preparing new business presentations and proposals, financial analyses, closing packages, brokers' opinion of value, to maintaining deal-activity reports for landlords and generating market reports, as well as creating property marketing flyers, offering memorandums and e-campaigns.
In 2016, Jennifer's contributions helped drive the team to its most successful year to date-having brokered more than 13.6 million sq. ft. of transactions valued in excess of $323.5 million.
Prior to her role as a client services specialist, Jennifer started her career with CBRE in 2005 and later managed New Jersey's Accounting Department for five years. During this time, she implemented processes to ensure compliance with reporting standards, transitioned to a paperless transaction system, and reviewed and certified the accuracy of financial reports and pipelines.
Jennifer is an active member within the CBRE community. She plays an integral part of CBRE's Global Ports and Integrated Logistics Practice by coordinating projects and planning events and other activities to support the group.
