Collin is an acclaimed member of the industrial team led by Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft, and Sean Zaher at CBRE Las Vegas. As an Associate, he helps the team serve its clients by conducting market research, leading tours, and identifying potential development and lease opportunities.
Previously, Collin worked as a Vice President at Hughes Marino in Dallas, where he managed the entire deal lifecycle of his listings. He proactively identified new business opportunities and earned the trust of key decision-makers, establishing lasting relationships with them.
Before his work at Hughes Marino, Collin served as an Associate at Swearingen in Dallas, where he provided strategic tenant representation services, advised clients on market trends, and conducted detailed market research to negotiate favorable lease terms.
In his free time, Collin enjoys volleyball, CrossFit, hockey and training for triathlons.
