Kelsey Higgins joined CBRE in 2020. She is a member of the Higgins-Toft-Zaher Advisory & Transaction team and specializes in the representation of occupiers and landlords, land acquisitions and investment sales within the Southern Nevada market.
After graduating with her master’s degree she joined the Higgins-Toft-Zaher Advisory & transaction team.
Kelsey is a currently an active member of NAIOP Southern Nevada. She was nominated as NAIOP Southern Nevada Developing Leader of the Year in 2022. She is active in the Community Service Committee with NAIOP. She is also a current member of the Class of 2023 Developing Leader program through NAIOP Southern Nevada.
Kelsey received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and later received her MFA degree from LIM College in New York City.
