After graduating with her master’s degree in 2020, Kelsey Higgins joined the CBRE Higgins-Toft-Zaher Advisory & transaction team. She specializes in the representation of occupiers and landlords, land acquisitions and investment sales within the Southern Nevada market.
Kelsey is a currently an active member of NAIOP Southern Nevada. She was nominated as NAIOP Southern Nevada Developing Leader of the Year in 2022 & 2023. She is active in the Community Service Committee with NAIOP.

Kelsey received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and later received her MFA degree from LIM College in New York City.
