Mr. Higgins' expertise and experience in every phase of commercial real estate encompasses all aspects of investment sales, user sales and development, and leasing, with a focus on Business Parks and Industrial Parks.
As a past president of NAIOP and SIOR in southern Nevada, he is a trusted advisor in the community and real estate industry, as an expert in the industrial & logistics field.
