Stonehill's expertise is built upon a strong foundation in complex underwriting and valuation. This stems from his experience as a commercial real estate appraiser, where he honed his skills for approximately four years at CBRE between 2017 and 2020. He further developed his appraisal acumen at Colliers before transitioning to the financial sector. Most recently, Stonehill spent 3.5 years in New York City, leading Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) transactions at a prominent bond rating agency. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of real estate finance and capital markets. His diverse background makes him a valuable asset to the CBRE Capital Markets team.
