Miles Brinson is a Senior Analyst with CBRE Capital Markets, where he supports a team focused on the acquisition and disposition of industrial, retail, and office properties throughout South Florida.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Brinson served as an Investment Sales Analyst with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Tampa, supporting the firm's Self-Storage Investment Sales team across the East Coast. In this role, he was involved throughout the transaction lifecycle, including underwriting, valuation, marketing, buyer engagement, and deal execution through closing. The experience provided a strong foundation in financial analysis and transaction management, which he now applies across CBRE's South Florida Capital Markets platform.
