Greg Shutt began his real estate career with Dermody Properties in 1998 where he was directly responsible for a fifteen million square foot portfolio of industrial product. During this time Greg honed his skills and understanding of industrial leasing, build to suits, sales, acquisitions and dispositions.
In 2009, Greg brought his industrial real estate expertise to the brokerage world.
Currently, Greg is a CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services group member, specializing in industrial properties alongside Eric Bennett in the Reno office.
Since Greg began his real estate career, he has been responsible for leasing millions of square feet of warehousing, distribution and manufacturing facilities in the Northern Nevada area. Greg has fostered many rewarding relationships with various developers, landlords and tenants and prides himself on his honesty, integrity and work ethic.
Personally, Greg loves spending time with his family which includes his wife Sheryl (m. 1987), his two children Nicole and Garret and his two grandchildren, Sofia and Scarlett. Greg enjoys the outdoors which includes; golf, fly fishing, hunting and hiking.
