Gil Hutzler is an Executive Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Advisory & Transaction team, which delivers integrated account management services including strategic planning, portfolio/lease administration, transaction management, project management and facility management. The Team provides exemplary client service by utilizing modern technology and supporting real estate needs of occupier clients locally, nationally and globally.

Gil and his team provide strategic planning, transaction execution and ongoing portfolio optimization services predominantly for multi-national mid-cap corporations. In the past four years, Mr. Hutzler and his team have completed close to 1,000 acquisition and disposition assignments in over 350 cities worldwide, totaling in excess of 15 million square feet with an aggregate consideration of approximately $2B.
