Kevin Wille is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Advisory & Transaction Services Team. He is an expert in commercial real estate with over 25 years of experience at CBRE. His understanding of local and national real estate markets, attention to detail, and tenacity have allowed him to become a motivating force behind the successful client outcomes.
Kevin and his team provide strategic planning, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio optimization services predominantly for global mid-cap corporations. Over the past 7 years, Kevin and his team have managed more than 190 million square feet of real estate transactions valued at more than $18.8 billion by delivering integrated account management services.
As a respected real estate professional, Kevin has represented many mid-cap and Fortune 500 companies with multi-market portfolios consisting of office and industrial space. He has a proven track record of overseeing corporate portfolios and negotiating complex transactions locally, nationally and globally.
A Baltimore native, Kevin is married with three children.
