Tom Sorrell is a Senior Transaction Manager with the Mid-Atlantic A&T Team focused on providing end-to-end portfolio management and optimization strategies for multi-market occupiers.

Through integrated account management services, including strategic planning, transaction management, portfolio/lease administration, project management, and facility management, the team is uniquely positioned to support occupiers locally, nationally, and globally.

Tom joined the team in 2017 from the CBRE GWS platform, where his responsibilities included leasing, restructures, asset valuation, and project reporting for a federal portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and specialty properties. Prior to CBRE, Tom specialized in tenant representation in Wash, D.C./MD/VA for requirements ranging from build to suits, sales, and Class A retail leasing assignments. Tom combines his collective experience across hundreds of transactions to drive best-in-class client outcomes.
