Nicole Schneider is a Transaction Management Coordinator on the Mid- Atlantic Advisory & Transaction Team who delivers integrated account management services, including strategic planning, portfolio/lease administration, transaction management, project management, and facility management. Nicole is also involved in providing support to international corporate clients. She has earned her license in Real Estate for the state of Maryland.

Prior to CBRE, Nicole graduated with her degree at Salisbury University in 2020 and fully immersed herself in her family-owned businesses, Edible Arrangements. She acted as the lead in operations, production, vendor relations, customer service and delivery.
