Current role at CBRE
Jack Harding joined CBRE in 2022 as a Debt & Structured Finance Analyst supporting CBRE’s SoCal Private Client Lending Team. In his third year in commercial finance, Jack’s efforts are focused on loans in process and team marketing initiatives. He works closely with clients, underwriters, and loan officers to understand the needs of the lenders and seamlessly guide clients through to closing.
Professional affiliations and education
Jack earned his B.S. in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California Price School of Public Policy and a Minor in Business Finance from the Marshall School of Business.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jack was a Credit Analyst with CoreVest Finance where he underwrote and diligenced permanent loans secured by portfolios of single family and multifamily properties. There, Jack underwrote 30 loans with a total loan amount of $60 million and contributed to underwriting efforts on 40+ loans with a total loan amount in excess of $200 million.
These successes and accomplishments can be attributed to Jack’s diligence, persistence, reliability, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving that he brings each day. This spirit and character translates to a quality of service and execution that The Wilkinson Team’s clients can rely on through market highs, lows, and turmoil.
Jack is a product of Encinitas, CA, a suburb of San Diego, where he spent his summers as a Lifeguard with the Solana Beach Marine Safety Department and volunteered with Homes for Hope, an organization supporting and housing families and orphans from impoverished communities across the border in Tijuana, Mexico.
Jack is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California (DRE 02141453).
