Jenny Eng is a Vice President at CBRE’s North Los Angeles office, renowned for her market leadership in Investment Sales and Development Services. Jenny’s background spans chemical engineering, environmental consulting, LEED certification, and development, equipping her with a highly analytical approach to every real estate transaction. Before entering real estate, she excelled as an environmental consultant project manager at Jacobs Engineering Group, focusing on Phase 1, Phase 2, and comprehensive remediation of sites affected by environmental issues. Her experience includes significant work with developers on projects involving the retrofitting and construction of LEED-certified buildings, showcasing her deep understanding of sustainable development.
Mrs. Eng leverages her deep market knowledge and understanding of client needs to provide strategic real estate solutions. She serves both property owners and occupiers effectively. Her strong work ethic and dedication to excellence ensure that her clients are well-represented. She guides them through the intricacies of investment sales, institutional sales, buyer representation, 1031 exchanges, and leasing for both retail and landlord-tenant relationships.
In 2022, Jenny successfully completed over $100MM in sales transactions, showcasing her ability to achieve significant results in the multifamily and development markets.
