Wesley Richards joins CBRE as a senior associate bringing his relentless work ethic and deep understanding of investment brokerage, portfolio management, development, and construction throughout Southern California and the greater Los Angeles region. Wesley specializes in the disposition and acquisition of land, multi-family, office, retail and mixed use properties as well as the 1031 exchange process.
Over 10+ years working in the region, Wesley has been a part of more than 50 closings totaling over $500 million in gross sales. Committed to providing the best-in-class transaction execution and advisory services, Wesley works closely with his clients to both identify the best uses for their existing portfolio while also helping to re-position and expand their current footprint.
