Khalid Yosufzai is a Transaction Specialist at CBRE’s North Los Angeles office, specializing in the Multifamily and Development asset classes. He represents Jenny Eng and her team, where he conducts valuation of commercial real estate assets via financial and market-based analysis using financial models as supporting evidence. Khalid also conducts cost accounting, business development services, market forecasting, marketing, and CRM management. Additionally, he assists clients in both acquisition and disposition services in order to attain investment goals.
Mr. Yosufzai served in the United States Marine Corps from 2015 to 2019, in which he was stationed overseas for 3 years assisting in Tactical Remote Sensor operations. After his Honorable Discharge in 2019, Khalid attended the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Real Estate Development.
Khalid Leverages his Marine Corps experience, coupled with the renowned Real Estate Curriculum at USC, within his position at CBRE to support his team with business development, as well as support clients in their investment goals. He embodies the company's RISE values of respect, integrity, service and excellence, directly contributing to CBRE’s mission.
In addition to his commercial real estate expertise, Khalid possesses proficiency in Dari (Afghani).
