Kristen Wen is a retail investment sales and tenant/landlord representation specialist serving Greater Los Angeles and Southern California. She advises clients on retail acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 exchange strategies, and retail and shopping center leasing across the region.
Kristen works with international brands and institutional investors including Toyota, T&T Supermarket, LAVA Hot Yoga, Paris Baguette, and ChaPanda to execute their U.S. expansion and site selection strategies. Her approach combines demographic analysis, trade area research, competitor mapping, zoning reviews, and retail market insights, translating data into actionable recommendations using CBRE's proprietary mapping and analytics technology.
Raised in Hong Kong and educated in Shanghai and New York, Kristen earned her bachelor's degree in Economics and Journalism from New York University. Trilingual in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she brings firsthand understanding of cross-border business dynamics, enabling her to guide Asian brands entering the U.S. market and advise foreign investors and landlords on asset valuation, strategic retail acquisitions, and lease negotiations.
