Associated Office
Reid Watkins is an Associate at CBRE, where she specializes in retail landlord and tenant representation. Based in Raleigh, Reid supports a wide range of retail advisory assignments, working alongside senior team members to deliver strategic leasing, site selection, and market positioning solutions for both property owners and occupiers.
Reid brings 10 years of industry experience to her role, including four years with CBRE. Prior to becoming an Associate, she served as a Client Services Specialist and Sales Associate, where she developed a strong foundation in transaction support, client service, and market research. Her background enables her to provide thoughtful, detail-oriented support throughout the deal process while maintaining a client-first approach.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Reid is actively involved in the community and higher education initiatives. She serves on the steering committee for a local Raleigh nonprofit organization and is a member of the Darla Moore School of Business Young Alumni Board.
