Julia Eustace is an Associate on CBRE’s Philadelphia Multifamily Capital Markets team, specializing in multifamily investment sales across Suburban Philadelphia and the greater Pennsylvania region.
Prior to joining CBRE, Julia gained valuable experience in the construction and development sectors, working as a Superintendent Intern for both CF Evans Construction and McDonald Building Company. Her time in the field provided her with a strong technical foundation and a first-hand understanding of the construction process, which she leverages to offer a comprehensive perspective to investors and developers alike.
Julia graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science and Management through the Clemson University Honors College. She has also completed the Wall Street Prep Real Estate Financial Modeling Course to further sharpen her analytical and underwriting skills.
