Madison Manuel is an Senior Investment Sales Analyst with CBRE’s Multifamily Capital Markets team specializing in mid to large multifamily asset dispositions for both major private and institutional sellers across West Florida.
She supports business partners Francesco Carriera and Michael Regan who co-lead an 11-person team specializing in multifamily investment sales across the Tampa and West Florida markets. In 2022, the team closed over 10,857 multifamily units valued over $2.1 billion.
Ms. Manuel has over eight years of research and marketing experience, including more than five years of experience supporting CBRE’s Florida Business Development team, as well the Americas Business Development team. She is responsible for creating custom materials and data used to secure new business and service existing clients, including presentations and offering memorandums. She also performs extensive market research and provides direct overall support for the team.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Manuel served as a Senior Research and Marketing Specialist with Colliers International supporting the Multifamily Capital Markets team, as well as the Retail Investment team.
