Matt Higgins is an Associate in CBRE’s Landlord Representation Group. Matt is part of Atlanta’s premier owner representation industrial team for the southeast. The team provides a united, single source for property owners seeking to lease or to sell any industrial asset, from small business parks to large bulk warehouses.

Matt joined CBRE in September of 2022. Prior to joining CBRE, he was the Industrial Analyst at JLL for their Atlanta team, where he assisted Senior Brokers in both Tenant Representation and Landlord Representation. Before JLL, Matt interned at CoStar in Atlanta as a Market Analyst.

Matt grew up in Atlanta and played lacrosse at Loyola Maryland University where he majored in Finance and earned his Master’s degree.
