Matthew Reynolds is a Transaction Analyst within the Advisory & Transaction Services Group at CBRE. In his current role, Matthew takes an analytical approach to help his clients compare the financial aspect of acquisition and disposition transactions.
Mr. Reynolds has a strong background in underwriting deals and financial strategy.
Prior to joining the Advisory & Transaction Services Group, Matthew worked as a Investment Sales Analyst on the CBRE National Partners Industrial Investment Sales Team, a national partnership that is comprised of five teams to deliver superior strategy and execution in all facets of industrial real estate.
Matthew began his career with CBRE immediately following graduation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
