Tim Reynolds is currently a Executive Vice President within the Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services. Tim exclusively represents multi-market and international occupier clients. Over the course of his 20 plus years, Tim has become a trusted partner to his clients known for his insight and collaborative approach to transactions. He is dedicated to developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans, structuring, and negotiating commercial leases and assisting with the acquisition and dispositions of owned or leased properties.

Since 2005, Tim’s group has participated in more than 7,500 transactions totaling 270M square feet across 70 countries with a total consideration of $14.9B.
