He has executed or participated in over 1,800 transactions totaling over 24 million square feet with a total lease value of over $6 billion. Rich’s clients range from small local firms to Fortune 10 companies with global portfolio requirements. He provides value-driven “white glove” tenant representation and risk management for his clients’ corporate real estate needs with a “Consultative” real estate approach. Rich focuses on trying to understand his clients’ needs and business drivers, while simultaneously targeting bottom-line, balance-sheet savings and risk averse solutions for his clients’ business longevity.
