Richard Gatto, a Senior Vice President and, has over 19 years of real estate and financial services experience and currently focuses on multifamily investments. In 2021, he joined CBRE with his partner, Fahri Ozturk.
During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap he developed long-term, trusted relationships with many of the most active multifamily owners & operators in New Jersey, including high net-worth private clients, family offices and institutional investors. Rich has been a consistent top producer and has won multiple sales achievement awards.
Prior to that, Rich developed a foundation for success while trading institutional equities with Bear Stearns on the New York Stock Exchange. After the NYSE Rich worked in institutional equity derivative sales, advising hedge funds on portfolio & risk management strategies.
