Tracy Trank (formerly Cvik) joined CBRE as a Senior Associate in 2024. Prior to joining CBRE, Tracy was a Broker at Striker Investment Realty for 8 years and focused on the sale of multifamily properties and development sites in Northern, NJ.
During her tenure at Striker, Tracy built trusted relationships with clients and successfully sold over 80 buildings, achieving a total sales volume of $157 million. By primarily working with private capital, Tracy successfully captured a niche market and developed a profound understanding of local markets and their owners. She brings these long-standing relationships to her new team, where she focuses on cultivating new leads while strengthening existing ones.
Tracy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Business. She found her love of real estate after interning in Florence, Italy for the Ferragamo family at Lugarno Collection. Tracy also has a passion for social work and is a Court Appointed Social Advocate (CASA) for the state of NJ.
