Sara joined CBRE in 2013 and is now a Senior Director with the Advisory and Transaction Services group. Sara specializes in the representation and services of corporate clients across a multi-market platform.
More specifically, Sara focuses on the implementation of real estate strategies and transactions for clients including Honeywell, Mondelez, Northern Trust, Eli Lilly and Whirlpool. Since joining the firm in 2013, Sara has completed over 260 transactions, totaling over 10.3M square feet around the world, with a total consideration of over $592M.
Prior to joining CBRE, Sara was a Portfolio Manager at AbbVie Inc. In her role, she managed real estate transactions and lease administration for a global portfolio. Sara also spent five years at Cushman & Wakefield, f/k/a Cassidy Turley in St. Louis, MO. During her time there, she worked as an Industrial Broker with an emphasis in multi-market tenant representation and served in various Corporate Service roles.
