As a self storage specialist, Trevor provides expertise in asset analysis, property operations analysis, specific asset buy-sell strategy, market analysis and ranking, portfolio strategy and capital solutions. Trevor utilizes his real estate background, which spans almost two decades now, to service self- storage clients throughout the West Coast of the United States with property values ranging from $1,000,000 up through $30,000,000+.
Prior to joining CBRE, Trevor specialized in investment sales with Marcus & Millichap’s Ontario office from 2007 to 2014, during his tenure Trevor helped transact more than $290 million dollars of self storage properties. Trevor began in the real estate industry with a finance focus, he spent the first five years of his real estate career sourcing debt and capital for clientele in both the commercial and residential sectors.
