CBRE Arranges HQ Lease for CRC Industries in Horsham, Pennsylvania

CBRE has arranged a 25,000‑square‑foot new headquarters lease for CRC Industries at 410 Horsham Road in Horsham. CRC Industries, a global supplier of specialty chemical products for the maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) industry, will relocate its Americas region and corporate headquarters from 800 Enterprise Road in Horsham in August 2026.

CBRE’s Tim Morris, Mike Maloney represented the building ownership, PF Horsham Partners, in the lease negotiations. CBRE’s Scott Gabrielsen and Les Haggett represented CRC Industries.

As part of the relocation, CRC Industries will undertake a comprehensive buildout of the space, creating a specialized headquarters that enhances functionality, collaboration and supports required expansion due to the company’s current growth.

“CRC’s lease marks one of the largest and most significant transactions in Horsham in 2025,” said Morris. “CRC was attracted to the building due to the property’s strong ownership, excellent location and outstanding amenities. Additionally, the company has deep ties to the region and its decision to remain in Horsham reflects the quality of the market.”

Located in the heart of the Horsham submarket, 410 Horsham Road offers large, flexible floor plates, ample parking, onsite backup power and proximity to several amenities, including Horsham Athletic Club and nearby cafés. Approximately 30,000 square feet remains available for lease.
