CBRE Arranges Lease Expansion for Blink Health at Robinson Ridge in Pittsburgh

CBRE has arranged a 37,816-square-foot lease expansion for Blink Health at Robinson Ridge in Penn Center West’s Building 5, a 148,000-square-foot office building in Pittsburgh. The company’s total footprint is expanding from 53,076 to 90,892 square feet, supporting Blink’s growth as one of the country’s fastest‑growing healthcare technology companies and reinforcing its investment in Pittsburgh’s health and innovation economy.

Carmine DiLucente, Michael Stuart and Danielle Lafe of CBRE's Occupier Solutions Group represented the tenant, Blink Health, in the lease negotiations. CBRE’s Adam Viccaro, Dominika Demantova and Charlie Must represented ownership, The Soffer Organization.

Since opening its Pittsburgh office in 2019, New York-headquartered Blink Health has grown rapidly and emerged as a national leader in pharmacy technology and digital healthcare solutions. The expanded facility will support more than 150 new jobs, bringing Blink’s total Pittsburgh workforce to over 500 employees and solidifying the region as a key hub for the company’s long‑term growth.

The Class A, five‑story office property is located at 5 Penn Center Blvd. within the Parkway West submarket and is part of Robinson Ridge, a four‑building amenity-rich office campus within Penn Center West. It sits minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh International Airport, with direct access to Interstate 376 and nearby retail and dining options.
