Recognized as a top regional dealmaker and trusted advisor, Michael has completed over 2 million square feet in lease transactions and led transformative headquarters projects and national corporate expansion programs for some of Pennsylvania’s most innovative companies.
Based in Pittsburgh, Michael advises global corporations and high-growth regional firms across sectors including technology, legal, finance and energy. Michael also maintains a specialized practice in robotics, AI, autonomous tech, and life sciences. He has completed recent technology headquarters transactions for companies like Astrobotic, Fifth Season, Formlogic and Near Earth Autonomy, and currently oversees the national expansion and portfolio management of multiple large corporate clients.
Known for his creative approach and deep market insight, Michael excels in helping companies unlock new business development, brand awareness and operational and workplace efficiencies through the strategic use of their real estate.
