Michael Stuart is a Vice President on the Occupier Services team in our Pittsburgh Office. Mr. Stuart has over 12 years of leasing and investment sales experience with a background in both Tenant and Landlord representation in Pennsylvania, Washington, DC and Virginia. In addition, his representation of a wide array of national corporate and professional service firms, Michael’s tenant representation practice maintains a specific focus on technology & emerging industry. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage start-ups in the robotics, artificial intelligence, autonomous technology and advance manufacturing sectors. Michael has specific experience with corporate headquarters, mission-critical manufacturing facilities, multi-market expansion and build-to-suit development projects.
