CBRE Arranges Sale of 100,250-SF Shopping Center in Easton, Pennsylvania

CBRE has arranged the sale of Forks Town Center, a 100,250-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center in Easton. Nike Equities purchased the property from JC Bar Properties, Inc.

Chris Munley, Colin Behr, Ryan Sciullo and Casey Benson Smith of CBRE’s National Retail Partners team represented the seller in the transaction.

Forks Town Center is 100% occupied and strategically located at 301 Town Center Blvd., which benefits from nearly 86,000 residents within a three-mile radius and ranks among the busiest retail destinations in the Lehigh Valley region, with over 1.2 million customer visits annually. The property is anchored by the national retailer GIANT and features several national and regional tenants, including Dunkin’, PNC Bank, Fine Wine & Good Spirits, and Verizon.
